It's summer. My kids just concluded the school year. Vacation so to speak. My whole family went home to Baloy (Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija) to attend Amang's (father) 71st birthday the following day (9 April). The kids did not just enjoy their Lolo but the place as well. Raham wore Amang's buri hat all the time. He actually liked it--bagay daw sa kaniya...Amang finally gave it to him. The farm is just too cool for them. Wala kasi n'yan sa Manila.
